We want to give a massive thanks to everyone who played their part in getting the village ready for our Christmas Market, Santa’s Grotto & the Christmas lights switch-on.
There has been huge work put in over the last month to get the village ready & we hope you agree it looks beautiful with all the lights & our big tree lit-up.
Thank you to everyone who had a stall & to all who came out in dreadful conditions to visit Santa, the Puppet Show, & to see the village get lit up. Thank you to Fr Buckley for turning on the lights, he is new to the parish & has already been very pro-active in being involved with the community.
We want to give a special mention to the Tullahinell & Lenamore Wind Farms, who have given grant funding towards the Christmas lights in the village. They have transformed the place, giving a real festive feel as you approach & drive through the village.
We have made a little video below to show our preparations for Santa, hope you like it. We will also have further information shortly about the opening of our live crib.
That was wonderful. The sleigh is the best I’ve ever seen and the aerial shot was brilliant. No one needs to go to Lapland this year. Very well done.
