There was trojan work done in the village today in preparation for the opening of the Live Crib on Christmas Eve. We would like to thank everyone who played their part in getting the place looking so well.
A big thank you to Sinead Doyle, Lorraine McElligott, Roisin Fogarty, Aine Kennedy, Martin Stack, Donie O’Keeffe, John Kennedy, Jimmy Quinn, Kevin Mulvihill, Liam Doyle, JP McElligott, Fergie O’Connor, Gerdy O’Carroll, Eoin Kennedy & of course Mairead Doyle for the use of her shed.
A special thanks to Eamon & Eileen Kissane, Mike Dalton, Donie O’Keeffe, & Pat Joe Long for giving us the animals who will be inhabiting the crib for the next few weeks.
And a final thank you to Donal O’Sullivan for installing the sound system in the village for playing our Christmas music over the coming days.
We are aware it doesn’t look like much work was being done in the photos but we were just caught at a bad time!
